Huizhou is experiencing the changes of urbanization and regional integration. In this context, the traditional city management pattern of mainly by administrative measures cannot adapt to Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou integration development needs. How to deal with the various relations in the new city management and how to optimize the management of civilized city so as to make Huizhou the most livable city and increase the happiness index of the citizens are the urgent problems to be solved in present Huizhou city management. In this essay, through empirical analysis of the current situation and problems in Huizhou city management under executive dominance and the preliminary exploration of innovation in the management mode-the achievements and deficiency of grids city management mode, we try to construct a complete grids city management mode, and put forward construction methods and countermeasures of grids city management mode of Huizhou, to realize the integration of comprehensive law enforcement, digital information and public participation in city construction and management, using grids, digital and systematic theory and tools to deal with the changes in the current Huizhou city management environment and the development of Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou integration. |
