Singapore not only enjoys political stability and economic developments but also has been recognized by the international community for its achievements of diplomatic strategies. As we all know, researches on Foreign Affairs of Singapore are abundant. The author believes that the reason why the scholars of international relations are much interested in Foreign Affairs of Singapore is that Singapore has created a model of "a small country enjoying powerful diplomatic abilities". Why Singapore's foreign affairs score so much success? I believe that an important reason is that Singapore's diplomacy selected a right way or carried out a diplomatic strategy - pragmatic diplomacy. Domestic works on Foreign Affairs of Singapore are quite fruitful and many of them mention that Singapore pursues diplomatic pragmatism. Then we want to know what the pragmatic diplomacy is?
