This paper aims to investigate the non-rational urban landscape art design by the abnormal psychology of public and designers through the research of abnormal psychology and psychoanalysis. We can get an equation from our logical analysis:"Abnormal" Design=the "abnormal" theme+the "abnormal" design method. We will get the abnormal psychology of normal people by using abnormal psychology and psychoanalysis after identifying research priorities, and then main themes will be figured out by using the abnormal psychology through Pandora Effect and Taboo Effect, and also the inspiration for the "Abnormal" Design themes from mental patients. The main methods for these themes through the use of semantics, pragmatics and language structure in Semiotics will give us the major abnormal methods by analyzing and summarizing the actual cases. By the other hand, we can consider the "Abnormal" Design as the creation under the abnormal condition of state, which called crazy design in this paper. We can get some ways, such as using stress reaction, dreams, music, words and children's point of view, to help designers falling into that abnormal condition of state so as to do the recreation. This paper also uses cases to do classification research about the relationship between the "Abnormal" Design and the environment, which turns out to be the dependent relationship with the city and the integration or separation relationship with the street, and the squares, parks, architecture, natural and so on. At the end of the paper gives out the results of the differences in urban landscape "Abnormal" Design between China and the western cities through the comparative study.
