Kindergarten normal colleges are the bases to cultivate excellent kindergarten music teachers and excellent education workers for kindergarten education in the future. The piano lesson for kindergarten teachers is one of the important skilled professional lessons, whose teaching goal is to cultivate excellent education workers in the future. So it requires that graduate students have the high music literacy, a certain basis of playing in business, the ability of playing children's songs impromptu, while playing while singing, becoming music teachers who can be competent for kindergarten music teaching activities.Children's normal piano teaching has its own teaching characteristics and idea. The requirements for piano skills will not be as top as that of art schools, but it needs the omni-directional development. So, as to the piano teaching of children's normal colleges, children's normal should be prominent in teaching content and teaching way, teacher responsibility sense of kindergarten teachers'needs to be strengthened, which cannot follow music profession of the art colleges.However, at present there are some problems in the existing teaching practice for kindergarten teachers. For instance: Students'foundation is very different, piano credit hours is less, teaching materials selection is unreasonable, and teaching form is single, etc. For this reason, it requires piano teachers to have a scientific and reasonable allocation to the teaching content and way so as to complete kindergarten teachers'piano studies at a high level. In the introduction of this paper, the research background, value, relevant literature review as well as the research purpose, method and steps are illustrated starting from four aspects. This paper is to find out the problems existed in piano teaching content and way through investigation so to carry out strategy study. We can get the conclusion that: Comprehensive teaching content is the basic premise of piano teaching quality improving, the diversification of piano teaching way can enhance students'study interest.The adopted research methods: Literature method, interview method and survey method.
