During China's economic rise, "Chinese learning" was experienced a global boom. "the popularity of studying Chinese " has prompted Chinese teaching, the academic research situation is gradually improving Chinese teaching, promotion and academic development. But in the academic research overview of Chinese teaching, most tends to adults. For children into Chinese teaching or research as a whole is very deficient, especially the research into children's Chinese textbooks. Domestically written material of high quality is very limited. It is unsuitable for children's physiological and psychological characteristics; unsuitable for the foreigners,"local" teaching environment. As a result, adult books and material widely used and these are often unsuitable for application in teaching Children. This paper expounds present shortage in the children's Chinese textbooks, and designs new teaching according to the direction of the actual situation and the future development. Its main characteristic is easy, pertinence, lively and interesting. It includes both macro and micro aspects:macro expanded the teaching design concept, teaching objectives, guiding ideology; micro focuses on theoretical basis to design content, high frequency vocabulary to everyday language, thoroughly has changed the learning mode. Therefore efficient use of Chinese is greatly improved. Finally, I also hope that more attention is given to "Child" in promising, special groups. I also hope to attract more researchers to edit children's textbooks, so as to promote the foreign production of children's external Chinese material.
