Based on the resilience training scheme of traditional psychological research, the author of this thesis enters into the development characteristics of teenagers from junior one to the senior high schools of the strength perspective theory. This research designes a set of teenagers' resilience education intervention plan which using the dominant perspective theory,principles and methods to apply School Mental Health Education, promote the school psychological counselling effectively to help students finish their psychological development and produce good adaptability.The concept of resilience of the strength perspective theory is to believe that all of the adolescents has the ability of intrinsic learning to growth and change, and request the counselors use positive expectations to driving the resilience, and with faith, hope and love to ignite teenagers potential. It was subversion that the longitudinal study children having developmental experienced severe adversities resilience indicated some still had sustained good outcomes. The researchers have been admitted that the term "resilience" refers to the phenomenon that some people don't suffer developmental disorders while facing or having experienced severe adversities.This study design two parts:The first research validates 1068 teenagers' resilience development characteristics with literature analysis and a questionnaire investigation. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) the resilience belongs to higher cognitive ability, gender difference was not significant. (2) it is help for teenagers' resilience in a ppropriate setbacks situation, the only-child children develop resilience develops well. (3) Adolescent mental flexibility mainly displays in cognitive style change, Eighth Graders and Senior Two are turning points.In the second research designs 16 hours resilience group training for teenagers, the intervention plans carry out in 3 classes for two months.This study adopts the design of experiment group-control group former and back measure. Research results show that:(1) Compared three identical quality classes, the education intervention significantly increased the resilience level;(2) the psychological health education theory combining the working method for juvenile intervention can effectively create student external protection factor. (3) The key in education intervention process of strength perspective theory for juvenile are equal cooperation relationships between students and counsellor, also is the necessary condition of adolescent changes.
