| With the developing of globalization, information and urbanization, the cultural creativity industries has been becoming one of the best fascination industries. In recent years, cultural and creative industry has entered a rapid development of the era, and it has been regarded as the strategic and supporting industry of many countries and regions.Shanghai, as an international metropolis and the leader of the Yangtze River Delta group, also attached great importance to the development of cultural and creative industries. In the cultural and creative industries " twelve-five" plan, Shanghai makes clear that they will strive to increase the added value of cultural and creative industries faster than average of the service by2015,to make it account for12%of the regional GDP, which will significantly strengthen the position of cultural and creative industry in the city. Meanwhile, cultural creative industries are rooted in certain industrial environments, and very industry cannot exist without them.So realizing and reconditioning the industry environment is very important and meaningful to improve the industry.By grooming and summarizing the concept of cultural and creative industries, industry environment and the industry evaluation related theories, and based on the research results from home and abroad, this article establishes a criterion system of calculating the environment of cultural and creative industries, and analyzes the environment of cultural and creative industries in Shanghai from aspects of time series and horizontal analysis.Finally, on the basis of positive analysis, this thesis draw the conclusion that the develop environment of cultural and creative industry play a vital role in the economic and cultural development; Judging from the time series analysis, the develop environment of cultural and creative industry is optimizing year by year; Judging from the horizontal analysis, the industrial environment in Shanghai ranks top in China now, while other area such as Guangdong, Beijing Jiangsu, Zhejiang are as well as Shanghai. Although shanghai is superior in industrial environment,it also has many problems such as infrastructure construction, talent education and training, policies of talent introduction. Therefore, Shanghai should clearly know its advantages and problems, and absorb domestic and foreign excellent experience to solve the existing problems. And from optimize urban infrastructure construction, improve education and training of creative talents, change the system of talents introduction, this article gives some recommendations.Based on the above, this thesis includes six parts:the first part deals with the background, purpose, implications, acts and method as the frame work for the study. The second part, the theoretical basis of this chapter, aims at generalizing the Precious literatures, conducting the detailed description of the study theory and environment of cultural and creative industries related theories. The third part introduces the current status of environment development for cultural and creative industries from the perspective of infrastruction, culture resources,human resources, research and development, basic environment and government support. This part is the practical basis of the study. The fourth, which provides a kind of method analysis, focuses on the building of the a criterion system of calculating the environment of cultural and creative industries illustrates the elements of develop environment, the content of the evaluation index system, selection and elaboration of research methods. The fifth, the main body of this thesis, utilizes the constructed computation model to integrate the data,analyzes the environment of cultural and creative industries in Shanghai from aspects of time series and horizontal analysi,and provides some specific suggestions for promoting the environment of cultural and creative industries in Shanghai. The sixth part is the conclusion of this thesis. |
