The review part of this paper introduces hope theory which Snyder has provided. Recent years ,the results which relate to hope trait, and testified studies:(1.I use the middle school student hope scale and middle school student pressure scale to discuss the relationship between hope, study pressure and scores through analyzing the data od middle school students which are considered as subjects;(2.I make up two intervene projects of middle school hope traits. They are subconsciousness and consciousness intervene projects. I use single-factor experimental design to study the hope strait intervence study for 2 months, which is divided by eight units. I compare the results of the two projects.Through the statistical analysis, I get these conclusion: (1. hope, agency thought, pathway thought, obviously relate to study achievement; (2.hope and pathway thought are obviously relative to expectation pressure; (3. the training of hope traits intervention will obviously improve the level of hope traits of middle school students; (4. the training of hope traits intervention can improve the pathway thought and agency thought at the same time, the improvement of pathway thought is more obviously.
