These days which are called globalization and the information age, foreign language and audio-visual media are already inseparable from our daily lives. Especially, foreign language is not a choice but an essential condition that you must possess. Because there are already many people who have English skill in Korea, it is difficult to get big competitive advantage with just one foreign language skill. Thus, nowadays, you can see easily many people who have two or three foreign language skill. The Chinese language is one of the preferred languages in Korea. Recently, Chinese economy is growing rapidly up, and their international position is becoming strong. So, the influence of China in the world is growing. Therefore, in Korea,"The Chinese wave"starts to occur. Likewise, as students who choose the Chinese language as second foreign language is growing, Chinese education needs more various teaching materials and education methods.English and Japanese education is already using multimedia instruction. Mainly, newspaper, movie, drama, animation and TV program are used to conduct classes. Likewise, many teachers are away from traditional listening lesson, and leading learners to get interest. Also, they are raising the quality of listening class, and they are getting good effect. On the contrary, Chinese education doesn't have enough audio-visual media education which uses various media.In many audio-visual media, animation is most acceptable to all ages, and easy to get interest of learners. Thus, animation is one of the media can creative motive to study learners themselves. Therefore, I will use animation to study basic practice problem form which can improve listening and conversation ability. Then, I will examine effect, meaning, and possibility which can appear when animation is used as a Chinese audio-visual class material.In this study, Chinese domestic animation <Changjiang Qi Hao> will be used as main teaching material to study Chinese audio-visual education method. As <Changjiang Qi Hao>is animation which has background of modern China, characters are remarkable, and most content are daily conversation. Thus, it appropriates to use in class. In addition, the animation has environment problem which is concern of whole world, so it has moral lesson. Through this study, I hope animation can be used as Chinese education method to improve motivation, and animation can be utilized consistently in Chinese education.
