ObjectiveThe aim of this passage was to explore the distribution and influencing factors of psychological sub-health among residents of Suzhou and provide reasonable evidences for taking strategies.MethodsA total of 3578 residents aged 15-55 years in Suzhou took part in our study. Information was obtained by a standard questionnaire designed by Beijing Union Medical experts. The demography characteristic and the current prevalence of psychological sub-health among residents of Suzhou were learned. All the participants were divided into 4 groups according to equal quartiles of obtained score, the influencing factors of psychological sub-health were evaluated by using a method of multinomial logistic regression model. And the relations between psychological sub-health and the quality of life, healthy, sleep quality were analyzed. Statistics were analyzed by SAS8.0.Results1 The young people aged 18-25 accounted for more among the participants. Different cultural levels and occupations were included. The number of psychological sub-health was 1915, accounting for 59.38%.2 The number of psychological sub-health in men was 948, the percentage was 60.31%, There were no statistical significance in gender(P=0.297). But the standardized rate of men was higher than women.3 The results of the univariate logistic regression analysis: more than 45 years old, divorce, artisan, service people , peasant and people who drink and smoke were risk factors(p<0.05), students and people with high culture level were protect factors(p<0.05). Along with the decreased of the sleep quality, the risk of psychological sub-health was increasing.4 The results of multiple logistic regression analysis: the odds ratio and 95%CI of psychological sub-health were 0.785 (0.659, 0.935), 2.710 (1.488, 4.937), 3,131(2.652,3.696),10.574(6.869,1.838),1.818 (1.588, 2.104), 2.594 (2.135, 3.152), respectively, for individuals high cultural level, divorce, ordinary sleep quality, better sleep quality, fatigue , physical sub-health(p<0.05).5 After adjustment for age, gender, occupation, culture level and so on, the results of analysis of covariance in different psychological grade groups: along with the increasing of psychological grades, the quality of life, health and sleep quality were improving(tendency p<0.0001).Conclusion1 The prevalence of psychological sub-health was 59.38%, higher than Nanjing.2 Divorce, culture level, sleep quality, fatigue and sub body were associated with psychological sub-health.3 Along with then increasing of psychological grades, the quality of life, healthy and sleep quality were improving.
