With the deteriorating of employment environment ,college students how to make successful employment has become a universal topic of concern to the community. Therefore, how to enhance college student's employment outcomes and employment quality has also become the focal point which the numerous scholars studied.This study has reviewed the correlative theories of proactive personality, employability and employment outcomes, based on this and proposed the related suppositions, regarding the proactive personality, employability and the employment outcomes relations, has carried on the through exploration and the analysis.First of all, based on the employment questionnaire edited by scholars of the past, revised the employment questionnaire on college graduates. The study adopts the revised scale to 445 college graduates,simultaneously investigates the situation of proactive personality and employment outcomes to the college graduates,and finally investigates the correlation on proactive personality, employability and employment outcomes . The results showed:(1) As the chinese version of the proactive personality scale revised by shang jiayin has qualified reliability and validity.(2)The revised employment questionnaire on college graduates has qualified reliability and validity.(3)There is significant difference in whether the party member of proactive personality, but no significant difference in gender, professional, source of the students and whether to have practice experience .(4)There is significant difference in professional and whether the party member of employability, but no significant difference in gender, source of the students and whether to have practice experience .(5)There is significant difference in professional,whether the party member and whether to have practice experience of employment outcomes, but no significant difference in gender and source of the students . (6)Proactive personality has a significantly positive correlation with employability and employment outcomes.(7)Employability partly mediates the relationship between proactive personality and employment outcomes.
