All-round human development is the inevitable trend and the pursuit of the highest value of the development of the whole society, at the same time which is the fundamental requirement of the socialist modernization of china. With the knowledge economy era, the pattern of the teamwork has become a necessary tool of the enterprise that meet the new challenges. The communication runs through the entire process of the teamwork cooperation, and the accomplishment of the team goal depends on the effective team communication. The effective team communication can improve the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the members, and increase the enterprise efficiency, and provide a advantageous environment and play an active role in the human overall development. At present, many enterprises have not formed enough attention to the team communication and still remain a situation that is traditional management mode with poor communication in China. It could profit in the short term,but in the long run, the poor communication will not only affect the team performance and enterprise interests, but also make serious impact on human development. Eventually it will lead to significant frustration of the socialist construction.Therefore,it is very necessary to clear the relations between the team communication and the human overall development. We can use the intrinsic link between the two, and find a realistic way in order to pursuit all-round human development with the development status of our enterprise team communication.The article is divided into four parts:The first part, it is the Introduction section. It mainly analysis the present situation about the team communication and the human overall development research,and investigates the content and the meaning of which,and puts the methods and the innovations of which.The second part, it sorts out and analyzes the two concepts about the team communication and all-round human development, and finds out the intrinsic link between the two, and will provide the theoretical basis for the path that explored for the following .The third part , it analyzes the data obtained from the on-site survey on an empirical point of view. From which researches the management situations and existent problems of Chinese enterprise team communication and analyzes the reason for the existence of the problems, and will provide the realistic basis for the path that explored for the following.The fourth part, through the analysis of the above concept and the status, it try to find out a path which promote the human overall development in the practice of the enterprise team communication combining with the theory and practice. This is the top priority of this article.
