| With the increasing globalization of cultural output and the increasingly fierce competition in international cultural forms,the development degree of creative industry clusters highlighting creative core and innovative value has become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of countries and regions,and plays an important role in promoting regional economic development and disseminating national ideas.Taking Hollywood film and television industry as an example,it not only ranks one of the three major economic pillars of the United States,but also shapes the value of the United States worldwide,highlighting the influence of the United States.Extensive collaborative innovation is an important feature of creative industry clusters.The collaborative development model of cluster enterprises,such as knowledge sharing,industrial cooperation betweenupstream and downstream,is the focus of domestic and foreign scholars.The new motivation of creative enterprise collaboration lies in “benefit distribution” and “risk sharing”.The academic circles seldom deal with the above two kinds of problems.Therefore,it is impossible to explain the pulling role of creativity from the perspective of real benefit-driven.The principal-agent theory provides an effective way to solve this problem.This paper starts from the perspective of principal-agent theory,constructs a collaborative innovation mechanism which takes the active creative R&D as the core and covers all the main bodies in the cluster industry chain,aiming at providing a matching model for the cluster enterprises to implement efficient collaborative innovation,and enriching and innovating the relevant theories of creative industry.The main contents of this paper include six parts:The first part is to explore the connotation of collaborative innovation of creative industry cluster from the perspective of principal-agentthrough defining the concepts of principal-agent,creative industry,creative industry chain,creative industry cluster,modularization and collaborative innovation.On this basis,by elaborating the research contents of horizontal,vertical and dynamic collaborative innovation mechanism,the theoretical framework of the full text is constructed.The second part is to study the macro-level construction of creative industry cluster cooperative innovation mechanism.Through building a collaborative innovation platform system and sorting out the mechanism and process,this paper explains the collaborative innovation model of creative industry cluster from the perspective of principal-agent;Through the analysis of incentive and inducement factors,incentive reward resources allocation and risk faced by creative activities,the mechanism of collaborative innovation is clarified.The third part is to study the vertical collaborative innovation mechanism of creative industry cluster from the perspective of principal-agent.Considering the influence of the satisfaction of the contractor on the optimal allocation in the process of the birth of creativity,the incentive contract of creative crowdsourcing is designed;secondly,considering the promotion effect of appropriate incentives on the initiative of creative teams,the incentive contract of creative productization is designed;Considering the collaborative activities of upstream,middle and downstream industries,the incentive contract of creative industrialization is designed;The creative industry and tradition are considered In the process of industrial convergence,the coordination between the design end and the derivative end is discussed,and a dualtask coordination contract is designed.The fourth part is to study the horizontal collaborative innovation mechanism of creative industry cluster from the perspective of principal-agent.Considering the influence of knowledge sharing among creative teams on income distribution,a dualtask contract is designed to encourage creative teams to fully share knowledge and original innovation;Considering the filter effect of relative performance on risk interference,a cooperative innovation contract based on relative performance is designed;Considering the cooperation and dismantling relationship among members of creative team,a creative team incentive contract is designed,and the influence of cooperation or dismantling degree on optimal benefit distribution is analyzed.The fifth part is to study the dynamic collaborative innovation mechanism of creative industry cluster from the perspective of principal-agent.Considering the long-term nature of collaborative innovation activities and the reputation of collaborators in the real environment,a two-stage contract of creative incentive is designed;A long-term contract of creative incentive is designed,and the influence of reputation level and mutual hindrance of creative team on optimal investment and risk sharing in short and long-term is analyzed.At the sixth part,three representative enterprises in Wuxi Taihu National Animation Industry Base are selected as case studies to analyze their collaborative innovation activities based on the division of labor in the industrial chain,and to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the mechanism built in this paper.The main innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)The collaborative innovation platform of creative industry cluster is constructed by integrating seven sub platforms with different functions.Based on the platform,the collaborative innovation mechanism of creative industry cluster is constructed from the perspective of principal-agent.The mechanism function principle is revealed from the perspective of creative product,industrialization and risk.The evaluation system of collaborative innovation mechanism environment is constructed,It provides an effective way to analyze the effect of collaborative innovation mechanism.(2)Considering the birth and product risk of creativity,the incentive contract of creative crowdsourcing,single-layer product and double industrialization on the value chain of creative industry cluster is designed,and the optimal distribution and risk sharing of creative subject,product subject and industrial subject for the benefit of creative industrialization are solved,and collaborative innovation behavior of relevant subjects is effectively encouraged,Promote the industrialization of creativity.(3)Considering the knowledge sharing of creative teams in the upstream of value chain in creative industry cluster,the paper designs a two task incentive contract aiming to enhance the knowledge sharing and original innovation enthusiasm of creative teams,and constructs a principal-agent model which includes the ability,effort cost and task relevance of two tasks.(4)Considering the long-term cooperative innovation activities and the reputation effect of agents under the realistic conditions,the paper combines the collaborative innovation of creative industry cluster with the long-term principalagent theory,designs two-stage and long-term incentive contracts for collaborative innovation,effectively encourages the long-term collaborative innovation behavior of relevant subjects and ensures the long-term value shaping of creativity.(5)The paper selects the enterprise subject of the creative park as the object,and carries on the example operation to the mechanism operation process,analyzes and verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the collaborative innovation mechanism of the creative industry cluster,and provides the feasibility reference for the creative output and the industrialization speed up. |
