Study. Han Language Standardization Issues

The issue of the Standardization of Chinese has been a hot topic of academic study. Since 1955, the Conference on Modern Chinese Norms convened, the research on the Chinese has been through three stages:first step-development-suspicion. On the first step stage, the Standardization Work is focusing on concrete issues of the use of the Chinese. With gradually deepening the research of Standardization, the academic circles found that the Standardization can not cover all aspects of Chinese, so the researchers added some principles and standards to improve their theory, did their best to make the Standardization takes care of everything. The law of development of the language is independent of man's will, the Standardization is also conflicting with the theory of language. On the 21 st century, people began to reflect and question the Standardized Work of Chinese language. The purposes of this study is to explore new theories, new ideas and new theoretical issues.This study can be divided into three parts:the first part is to find some problems through combing the literatures of the Standardization of Chinese, and backdating the history of the reform of Chinese and the Soviet Union'writing system and the history of the development of Chinese. The second part is to analysis some problems of the Standardization of Chinese, focusing on the analysis of Standardization, the irrationality of simplified Chinese characters, the pros and cons of Mandarin Test, the National Common Language Law and the Universal Standard Chinese Characters. The third part is to propose the concept of the Demonstration of Chinese and to address the problems which the Standardization of Chinese Language can not solve. This part is based on the analysis of the following problems:first one is the study which has mentioned on the first and second part of this papers, second one is the study on the relationship between the natural ecology of language and the evolution of language, the last one is the study on the relationship between printed and handwritten text.Standardization and Demonstration have already existed and the main work of Chinese language work is Standardization in the history. The main task of this paper is to find out the relationship between the natural ecology of language and the evolution of language, and the relationship between the handwritten and printed text.The Standardization is an administrative intervention that is coercive and controlled, while the Demonstration is an administrative intervention that is guided and weak controlled. The relationship between Standardization and Demonstration is dialectical, rooted in the relationship between Government Intervention and Private Learning. Government Intervention and Private Learning follow the conflicting theories. Government Intervention and Private Learning reflect the different positions and perspectives of Standardization and Demonstration.
