With the increasing of demand of tourism products, which consists of cultural connotation, experience, participation and entertaining characters, acting products are greatly welcomed. At present, the market of tourism acting in China has been greatly developed, which can bring favorable benefits to the sightseeing places. As a result, the acting products which can stand for the local cultural are developed actively from place to place. Therefore, how to develop the tourism performing product with local characteristics gradually becomes the focus.As the tourism and cultural industry is the product of performance entertainment, tourism intermarriage acting products involve tourism, cultural industry, and related industry in many aspects. Thus, we need to keep the balance the interests in different aspects during the process of tourism performing products creating. In other words, Planning is the principle element in the creating process. And the success or failure of the tourist entertainment products depends largely on the planning of the pros and cons. If we want to build successful tourism products, the planning of the tourism performing products should be evaluated actively.At present, the market of tourism acting in China has gotten greatly development, but the products, the good and bad, are intermingled. Many scholars have made detailed description to these products and also analyzed some problems and experience. However, there are few studies to research the planning of this acting products and its evaluation theory.Therefore, the paper would state the related concepts of the planning to tourism acting products in detail and also made some modifications. This paper also apply "field theory", "the experience economy theory" and "tourist gaze of tourism theory" to analyses the planning of acting product theoretically to provide theoretical basis. Meanwhile, the acting product planning from the tourist business model, tourism performing product planning steps, planning the specific flow acting products research in tourism procedures were introduced, which can offer instructions for the practical operation. After that,. And then, through the index system construction, with expert scoring method ,so as to giving out the effective methods of evaluation of tourism performing product. according to the reality of Lvshunkou district in Dalian, the author provides the specific tourism performing products to the government for consideration. Finally, the author summarizes and puts forward some suggestions for the current development of the tourism performing products.
