Expressions are divided into written expression and verbal expression, and the composition is one of the Chinese written expressions. It is the competence of foreign students applying Chinese as well as one of the most important way to check up the level of foreign students learning Chinese and it plays an more and more important role among the Chinese teaching for foreigners. Based on the theory of Interlanguage and Error Analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the error in the foreign students'composition of the Beijing Language and Culture University of the HSK dynamic corpora. The purpose that job of analysis is to hope to be able to improve the foreign students'written expression standard, simultaneously, which could offer a useful proposals to the teaching of composition.This paper applies the methods and procedures of Interlanguage and Error Analysis, which analyses and statistics minutely various errors in the foreign students'composition written expression of the four Countries: Britain, America, Japan and Korea. The foreign students'compositions written expression are divided into local errors, global errors and other errors according to the S.P. Corder's Error Analysis. The study proves that the local errors and the global errors are the main problems on foreign students composition written expression, and the common features of local errors are generalized as mistaking characters and words. It holds that the root reason for this phenomenon is more interlingual errors than intralingual errors. That is to say, the negative transfer of mother tongue are greatly influence of the errors on the foreign students'composition written expression; and the common features of global errors are characterized by superfluous elements, incomplete elements and the disorder of the sentence pattern, which is partly due to the negative transfer of target language.We should improve the foreign students'capacity of composition expression in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Teachers should have a right attitude on the errors of the foreign students'composition and should take pertinent solutions and measures to the foreign students in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language according to the different cultural background which make more efficient. Meanwhile, it also should pay attention to the cultivation of thought ability of Chinese, which aims to correct and reduce the unnecessary errors and to enhance the capacity of the foreign students'composition written expression. We should pay more attention to the development of the reading comprehensive ability in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language. As a Chinese proverb:"The gist of an article will come to you after you have read it over 100 times". Further more, reading plays a quite important role in the foreign students'composition written expression. Only in stressing reading can we have a rise in the foreign students'composition capacity and redound to the overall level of the foreign students acquisition Chinese.
