Heart failure (heartfailure, HF) is a disease name in symptomatology, which is the clinical manifestations of end-stage of various heart diseases. It is a kind of clinical common diseases and frequently-occurring disease. Description of heart failure could be readed in the section of Chinese Medicine, which are called XinJi,ZhengZhong, XiongBi,ShuiZhong, etc. With the development of Medicine, We have understand how HF occurred and evolved deeper and deeper. The treatments have carried out, which are against the primary diseases and the symptoms of HF. Treatment concepts have been innovated Constantly. Kinds of treatments coexist, including medication, invasive therapy (hemofiltration) and interventional treatment when necessary. Integrated traditional and western medicine has a lot of advantages, and the results are obvious. Objective:To observe Shen Fu Tang variance with the clinical efficacy of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration to treat heart failure.Methods:18cases of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration treatment of patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,9cases of Shen Fu Tang variance with hemofiltration group,and9cases of contrast group.Detected before and after treatment body weight, serum potassium, creatinine, Pro-BNP and other changes in cardiac function index, readmission rates and clinical outcomes. Results:Hemofiltration therapy with Chinese medicine could improve cardiac function effectively. Comparing to pure hemofiltrtion therapy, they are both active at reducing the BNP, creatinine and other laboratory parameters. Symptom scores, dyspnea index than the contrast group were been improved significantly. the two groups of changes, like Weight, serum potassium levels, had no significant differences. The incidence of hypotension and mortality in the experimental group were lower than the control group. The readmission rate during three months were both zero. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine with hemofiltration treatment could reduce the risk of adverse events, and can effectively compensate for part of the lack of hemofiltration treatment.
