Shen Mai Injection Joint Hemofiltration In The Treatment Of Refractory Heart Failure Clinical Studies

Purpose:In order to better play to the advantage of blood filtration, positive improvement in patients with refractory heart failure symptoms and prognosis, to play from the perspecti-ve of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the advantages of hemofiltration in the treatment of patients, while intravenous injection Shenmai solution for the treatment of refractory heart f-ailure caused by Qi and Yin deficiency, water fluid can not be stopped due to asthma supi-ne position, clinical symptoms such as edema of both lower extremities, play with the syn-ergy of blood filtration treatment effect.Method:The method according to randomized controlled clinical study. Cases from March 2009 ~ April 2010 at the University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology and Critical Care Division of refractory heart failure patients. Selected cases of 34 patients randomized,19 patients in control group, treatment group,15 cases, the control group with conventional Western medicine combined with hemofiltration therapy, the treatm-ent group in the conventional western medicine combined with blood filtration treatment plu-s use of injection, observation two changes of heart rate (HR), left ventricular ejection frac-tion (EF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), c-ardiac function and clinical symptoms (dyspnea, lower extremity edema) of the improvement impact.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group (86.7%) than control group (73.7%), th-e two groups P <0.05; BNP levels decreased after treatment in both groups (control group P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group achieved significant results, there ar-e significant differences (P <0.05). Treatment group in improving the heart rate, left ventric-ular ejection fraction is better than the control group, there are significant differences (P<0.05). Changes in LVEDD before and after treatment group and between groups were not st-atistically significant (P <0.05), but can be seen through the LVEDD value, the control gro-up before treatment> control group after treatment> the treatment group.Conclusion:In the conventional western medicine combined with hemofiltration therapy and at the same time Shenmai injection Buxinqi, Yixin Yin, balance the five internal organs,improve organs function, can make patients after ultrafiltration to restore health rapidly,signif -icantly improved the prognosis.
