The planned population density of Chenggong new aera in Kunming city will be9345.79people per square kilometers. The high population density will take many opportunities and a tremendous challenge for medical industry. Developing medical cause is good for assuring the people's basic rights and interests of the basic medical insurance and health and the postulate for realizing the social stability and harmonious development. While the success or failure of the development of medical and health services largely depends on material resources such as medical institutions, beds and medical equipment, doctors, nurses and other medical personnel and human resources and adequate funding of prevention and health care staff, a sound health care system on the basis.
