Study On The Application Of Therapeutic Measures Of Reinforcing Qi And Nourishing Yin With Eliminating Pathogen In Chronic Severe Hepatitis

Severe hepatitis is a kind of acute clinical critical disease caused by a variety of reasons with acute necrosis of massive hepatic cells and severe liver dysfunction so that liver function suddenly reduce or disappear, clinical manifestations as hepatic encephalopathy, coagulation disorders, renal damage and multiple organ failure. Chronic severe hepatitis B is based on chronic hepatitis B virus carrier, chronic hepatitis B or hepatitis B cirrhosis occurring in severe hepatitis/liver failure, is the main type of severe hepatitis in our country. It is an acute critical disease in viral hepatitis, with complicated clinical syndromes, variable complications, difficulty in treatment, high mortality rate, poor prognosis, continuous onsets in survivors. It is reported that the fatality was about50%-70%, up to80%or more in recent years.This research first systematically elaborated the understanding of Chinese medicine in severe hepatitis/liver failure, including the name of the disease, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine, and summarized the western scholars'research progress in chronic severe hepatitis B. It is proposed that the main cause of the disease is wet, heat and toxin, blood stasis is the important pathological component part, deficiency in Qi and Yin is the main pathogenetic characteristic, so supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin is the main therapeutic measures.The clinical research part is in strict accordance with the group of standard screening60patients, divided into the treatment group and control group stochastically. The control group was treated with conventional medical therapy, the treatment group was treated with routine medical treatment and Chinese medicine decoction orally based on syndrome differentiation. Observe the patients before and after treatment on related biochemical indexes, main effect indexes and symptoms integral, record the related data, carry on statistics processing. Through the clinical observation, we found in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B/liver failure patients with Chinese medicine of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin in the control of jaundice levels, improved hemoglutination function and reduced MELD scores level had surpassed the control group, demonstrated this method of treatment was effective.Therefore, the author thinks that on the basis of western medicine in treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B/liver failure, adding treatment with Chinese medicine of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin through syndrome differentiation can reduce the mortality effectively, improve clinical curative effect, is worthy of popularization and application clinically.
