Effects Of Wen Yang Xian Attached Tong Luo Power On Rat TAO Model Of Blood Rheoloy And Histopathological

Objective: The Wenyang Tongluo powder on rat TAO model of bloodrheology and histopathology experimental study of the effect of temperature,WenYang Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of TAO mechanism.Methods: Sixty male wistar rats were randomly divided into6groups, each group of10, namely: model control group, shamoperation group, the control group of TCM (compound salviamiltiorrhiza tablets group), as well as WenYang Tongluo powder inlow dose group, middle dose group, high dose group. With the0.1mlLA solution (10g/L) was injected into rat femoral artery,causing the TAO rat pathological changes, preparation of TAO likepathological change model. Observation of pathological thrombosisgraded and the blood rheology. The obtained data statistical analysiswith SPSS19statistical software processing, hierarchical data usingmultiple samples of the rank sum test; measurement data werecompared between groups using One-Wayanova, results in a mean±SD representation (x±s); P <0.05is defined as the difference wasstatistically significant.Results: WenYang Tongluo powder in high, low dose group, canreduce the number of intravascular thrombosis,(P <0.01), improving bloodcirculation, especially in the high dose group and the other groups hadsignificant difference (P <0.01or P <0.05).Conclusion: WenYang Tongluo powder with anti-platelet aggregation,antithrombotic effect, has obvious therapeutic effect on TAO.
