Ginger The Ginseng Capsules With Placebo In Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (damp, Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis) Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the effect of JiangShen capsule for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)(Damp-Heat Syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:60cases of Damp-Heat Syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of NAFLD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group. Treatment group was given JiangShen capsule, Control group was given JiangShen placebo capsule. Oral treatment for12weeks.Results:JiangShen capsule in treating Damp-Heat Syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (NAFLD) total effective rate was96.7%, compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05), treatment group, patients with constipation of TCM symptoms is more effective than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:JiangShen capsule is an effective treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (Damp-Heat Syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome), in the course of treatment found no significant adverse reactions, indicating the drug safe and reliable curative effect, has a broad application prospect worthy of further in-depth study promotion.
