Clinical Study On Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Dan Gua-Fang

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dan Gua-Fang in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,objective to explore the mechanism and therapeutic effect of Dan Gua-Fang.Methods:128 patients of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,The control group taking Diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules abnormal liver function,dyslipidemia was taken by Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was added with Dan Gua-Fang.All 4 weeks for a course of treatment,the use of the 3 courses of treatment,all with diet,exercise therapy.To observe the changes before and after the comparison between two groups of liver function,blood lipids,liver ultrasound and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Results:1.liver function:The control part of normal liver function group ALT,GGT ratio increased 12 weeks ago(P<0.05.P<0.01).the normal part of the liver function experimental group's ALT,AST,GGT were reduced slightly,GGT was lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).AST and ALT have no statistical difference between the two groups,but the difference between the experimental group before and after intervention were significantly more than those in the control group.Two groups of abnormal liver function part of the AST,GGT and intervention were lower(P<0.05),the experimental group's ALT before and after significant difference(P<0.05).2.Blood fat:The two part of the group of normal blood lipid after 12 weeks TC,LDL-C group had no significant difference,but the experimental group before and after the downward trend,the control group was increased,TG experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),in the control group,TC and TG were increased before and after treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05?P<0.01).Two groups of dyslipidemia after intervention were decreased,the experimental group was slightly lower than the control group,TC,TG between the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).3.Color Doppler ultrasound,TCM syndrome integral improvement situation:After intervention,the scores of the two groups were decreased,the difference was significant,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Dan Gua-Fang can restore patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome with liver function,regulate blood lipids,improve liver color Doppler ultrasound and clinical symptoms and symptoms,good security and no adverse reactions.2.NAFLD patients with liver function,blood lipid were normal without treatment,indicators may have an upward trend in the short term,while Dan Gua-Fang can effectively curb the progression of the disease.3.Dan Gua-Fang may be through promoting blood circulation eliminating sputum,eliminating oxidative stress,reduce the fat deposition of ectopic,to protect liver,reduce blood fat,improve symptoms,and thus play a role in the prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
