Objective To investigate the expression of the CD62L and CD8+T lymphocytes in the normal, great saphenous vein, and their correlation with the great saphenous vein. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the levels of CD62L and CD8+T lymphocytes in normal saphenous vein tissue and varicose saphenous veins in varying degrees the expression level of organization and change and to analyze their correlation with the great saphenous vein. Results The expression of cell adhesion molecules CD62L(78.14±2.3642) in saphenous vein of normal tissues was significantly lower than varicose veins (119.5354±35.5332) (P<0.05); and varicose vein group B5 (178.321±30.1093)> B4 (126.8585±13.2394)> B3 (103.1445±10.5247)> B2 (97.027±7.7118)> B1 (92.326±6.1081), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference that the expression of CD8+T lymphocytes (76.0885±8.2921) in normal great saphenous vein tissue and varicose veins B1 (75.618±8.1508), B2 (74.924±9.3735), B3 (76.0845±8.5415), B4 (78.3145±8.2227), B5 (78.9825±8.8051) was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD62L was highly expressed in varicose veins, and the expression level of cell CD62L in the difference classification of varicose veins was significant difference. CD8+T lymphocytes in normal and varicose saphenous veins showed low expression of tissue, indicating the occurrence of varicose veins are not involved in the development process. Monitoring cell adhesion molecule expression of CD62L, contribute to the occurrence of varicose veins prompted the development level. Immunosuppressant or anti-adhesion therapy could become a new treatment for varicose veins.
