Background&ObjectiveFatty liver is a pathological changes which is caused by excessive accumulation of fat in the liver cell lesion for various reasons. It is not a benign lesion. It can progress to liver fibrosis, cirrhosis of the liver and led to a series of serious complications. At present, excessive alcohol consumption, obesity, known diabetes is the three leading cause of fatty liver. Its mechanism is not so clear. Usually think of fatty liver caused by increased synthesis and oxidation reduction. In china, there are a number of chronic fatty liver prevalence epidemiologic reports, But as a result of the survey population sample object, age group and sex ratio of different, all results reported differences. For example,Fan Jiangao found12.9%prevalence rate of fatty liver of Shanghai city census by B ultrasound officials, Liu Tianshu Report8.8%on a University of Shanghai Faculty Research, What's more, there is50%stories high about the prevalence rate of fatty liver. In this report. We analyzed the impact of the current more urban farmers health main diseases through the analysis of3typical villages in the city participate in the medical examination of the health status of farmers. And further explored various diseases on the incidence of fatty liver effects.lt provide a basis for the administrative department to make relevant policy.and provide reference for the farmerto attend and prevent disease. Materials&MethodsAccording to Shaoxing city economy and social development, We selected3typical villages as the survey point.the population which participated in the2008annual new rural cooperative medical system and required to farmer health, having a local rural area registered permanent residence is the study group. After completing the three village farmers'health examination by community health service center,We Organized to input all the examination results computer for Spare. We analyzed the detection rate, age distribution and other conditions about hypertension, hyperlipidemia. fatty liver, gallstones, hepatitis B surface antigen positive, gallbladder polyps, diabetes and other diseases using descriptive epidemiological method. And Compared prevalence between males and females.and whether there are age trend in these kinds of disease by SPSS16.0software.We analyzed the relation hypertension, hyperlipemia. fatty liver, gallstones, hepatitis B surface antigen positive, gallbladder polyps, diabetes and fatty liver using univariate and multivariate Logistic regression.Results(1)Hypertension, hyperlipemia, fatty liver, gallstones, hepatitis B surface antigen positive, gallbladder polyps, diabetes is a common disease affecting the health of rural residents. All in these, the detection rate of Hypertension is25.24%,there is no significant differences between men and women the Prevalence (P=0.671), Male and female groups of detection rate increased with age shows ascendant trend (P<0.001).The detection rate of FL is23.64%. there is no significant differences between men and women the Prevalence (P=0.591). Male and female groups of detection rate increased with age shows ascendant trend (p=0.009).the detection rate of High lipid is10.26%, there is no significant differences between men and women (P=0.165), the detection rate is high in50-70age group of male.It is11.81%. female groups of detection rate increased with age shows ascendant trend (p<0.001); the detection rate of Cholelithiasis is9.69%. there are obvious differences between male and female (P=0.004), female groups ofdetection rate increased with age shows ascendant trend (P<0.001); The detection rate of Hepatitis B surface antigen is6.60%. The detection rate of male was higher than female (P=0.009).20-59years old group of the population with higher positive rate, The positive rates of HBsAg both male and female were10.41%and6.47%; The detection rate of Gallbladder polyp is2.91%, The detection rate of male was higher than female (P<0.001),40-69years old group of the population with higher positive rate, The detection rate of Gallbladder polyp both male and female were4.58%and1.83%; The detection rate of Diabetes mellitus is2.75%,The detection rate of females was higher than males (P=0.01),50-79years old group of the population with higher positive rate, The detection rate of Diabetes mellitus both male and female were3.15%and4.81%.(2)The occurrence of fatty liver in hypertensive patients is higher than that in non hypertensive patients (36.81%vs.19.19%, P<0.05),after adjustment of age, sex, The OR values is2.452(95%C.I:2.063-2.914).The occurrence of fatty liver in high lipid patients is higher than that in non high lipid patients (37.17%vs.22.09%, P<0.05),after adjustment of age, sex, The OR values is2.023(95%C.I:1.595-2.566).There is no evident difference in fatty liver between cholelithiasis patients and non cholelithiasis patients (26.25%vs.23.35%, P=0.248), The OR value is1.168(95%C.I:0.898-1.519).The occurrence of fatty liver in Hepatitis B surface antigen patients is lower than that in non Hepatitis B surface antigen patients (16.51%vs.24.14%, P<0.05), after adjustment of age, sex, The OR value is0.627(95%C.I:0.434-0.906); There is no evident difference in fatty liver between Gallbladder polyps patients and non Gallbladder polyps patients (20.83%vs.23.72%, P=0.512), The OR value is0.846(95%C.I:0.514-1.394).The occurrence of fatty liver in Diabetes mellitus patients is higher than that in non Diabetes mellitus patients (40.66%vs23.16%, P<0.05).after adjustment of age. sex, The OR value is2.072(95%C.I:1.350-3.182). A multivariate Logistic regression analysis shows. There are significal relation in hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hepatitis B surface antigen masculine gender, diabetes and fatty liver. ConclusionsMore Shaoxing city rural residents health form are not good, Chronic diseases, cardiovascular diseases and diseases of the hepatobiliary system are in the high state; Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes are high risk factors of fatty liver, Hepatitis B surface antigen positive is the protective factors of fatty liver.
