With the socialization of philanthropy, charitable organizations exposes more and more drawbacks. For example, they are less of transparency, public trust and standardized administration. Centering on these questions, academic circles set off an enthusiastic concern on legislation and public opinion. With the development of science and technology, Application of IT in the development of enterprises has made considerable progress. On the basis of this background,how to apply the information technologies to daily management of charitable organizations and make use of these technologies to promote the development of charitable organizations are worthy of study carefully by academic circle.Based on investigating a large amount of documents about information management, organization management, modern information technology,network technology, computer technology, Design and Implementation of informatization project Organization and Management, and transfer technology, the writer did a lot of empirical research on planning design and project execution and obtained firsthand material by participating information management program of CMDP.
