The Present Status Of Nurses' Charity Behavior During Post-operative Pain Management Of Chronic Sinusitis And Preliminary Exploration Of Intervention Strategies

Objective:To design a questionnaire for investigation and provide tools of current station of nurses'charity behavior during post-operative pain management of chronic sinusitis.Investigated the current station of nurses'charity behavior during post-operative pain management of chronic sinusitis in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Guizhou province,and analysised the factors influencing the nurses charity behavior.Voluntarily designed chronic sinusitis post-operative pain intervention strategy,through a pre-test and an assessment,initially established chronic sinusitis postoperative pain intervention strategiest to provide theoretical basis for building mature pain intervention strategies after post-operative patients of chronic sinusitis.Methods:For designing the questionnaire,methods of literature analysis and theoretical analysis and qualitative interview were employed.Delphi method was applied to consult the items by which advices from experts on the questionnaire's items,contents,and importance indexes were asked;and examine the questionnaire's reliability and validity.By questionnaire survey,current status of nurses'charity behavior during post-operative pain management of chronic sinusitis in 27 secondary and tertiary hospitals of Guizhou province.According to modify the related contents of the previous research on the"Nasal postoperative pain and cold compress intervention technology operation regulation",we integrated the innovative design of"Postoperative pain intervention strategy for chronic nasosinusitis".through a pre-test,the related contents of pain intervention strategy after chronic sinusitis surgery were revised and perfected,and the intervention strategy of pain after chronic sinusitis operation was initially formed;applied Epidata3.1 and SPSS18.0statistical software were for data processing.Results:1.We designed The Questionnaire for Investigation and Analysis of Current Station of Nurses'Charity Behavior During Post-operative Pain Management of Chronic Sinusitis,which consisted of 5 items(respect,tolerance,trust,carefulness and kindness)and 24subitems.we conducted two rounds of expert consultation.The expert authority index were0.89.The effective questionnaire return percentage were 95%,100%.The cooperation index were 0.311 and 0.422,which showed the reliability.2.The reliability and validity:Chronbach's?of total items in this questionnaire was0.902,manifesting the consistency of these items was excellent.Chronbach's?of each items is arranged between 0.651~0.855,which showed the consistency of each items;KMO was 0.898,result of Bartlett's spherical test x~2=2389.655,P<0.05.KMO of each items were arranged between 0.730~0.853,confirming the construct validity of this questionnaire is good.3.Investigation about the present status of nurse's charity behavior during post-operative pain management of chronic sinusitis:a total of 310 nurses and 120 patients were selected as subjects in the department of otolaryngology,in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Guizhou province.We set the maximum score of 120 for the present situation of charity behavior.The charity behavior ability score of nurse was 80.43±29.36.Patients assess nurse questionnaire survey:the charity ability score was 59.16±19.22.Mult-variable linear return analysis results:the charity behavior ability of nurses was a significant positive correlation between ages,working life,understanding of charity behavioral knowledge and learning situation.Single factor variance analysis:there was a significant difference exist between current situation of nurses'charity behavior ability and the ages,working life,understanding of charity behavioral knowledge and learning situation.The date showed that 71.6%of these nurses have not participate in the training of charity behavior.Meanwhile,80.3%of them have not ever participated in the learning of charity behavior related knowledge,and 92.3%nurses willing to involve in such training.4.Initially established Postoperative pain intervention strategies in patients with chronic sinusitis:include the objects,intervention contents,intervention materials,intervention methods and intervention practice of postoperative pain with chronic sinusitis.Conclusion:1.This research constructed The Questionnaire for Investigation and Analysis of Current Station of Nurses'Charity Behavior During Postoperative Pain Management of Chronic Sinusitis,the reliability and validity of it has reached an ideal level,preliminarily proved the practicability were verified in Guizhou Province.This questionnaire can be used as an evaluation toll for evaluating nurses'charity behavior ability during postoperative pain management of chronic sinusitis.2.The charity behavior ability of nurses in Guizhou Province during postoperative pain management with chronic sinusitis are in middle level and should be improved.The nurses'ages,working life,understanding of charity behavioral knowledge and learning situation were related to Nurses'the charity behavior cognitive ability.3.The nurses in the department of otolaryngology in Guizhou province are not fully equipped with the knowledge of charity behavior ability during postoperative pain management with chronic sinusitis.Nurses have high wishes and needs to relevant training.4.To establish a preliminary intervention strategy for the postoperative pain of chronic nasosinusitis.The strategies have certain operability,practicability and validity.
