The visible more chondrocytes and abundant fibrous tissue, cartilage cells more for mature fat large, fibrous tissue, closely spaced in bone surface occurs, the number of osteoblast more around a small cut ends new bone appear.3 weeks, the control group fracture end bone of the outer membrane disrupted trabeculae seen new bone, class is less, callus place outside fibrous to partly visible within the bony scab, callus more. The new bone trabeculae increased, arranging disorderly and osteogenesis process obvious, broken bone cells accidentally see, callus more for hard outside, callus callus in more, lots of new capillary zhang trabecular marrow. Immunohistochemical observations and image analysis:fracture experimental and control group after 1 week around the outer membrane and bone formation in the soft hematoma neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes and TGF stroma in a red dye, a weak positiveβ1 TGF-β1 between the two groups express no obvious difference; 2 weeks after the fracture in cartilage formation area visible cartilage cells and mature immature cartilage cells is strong positive dyeing, and mature chondrocytes shading the deepest, cartilage cells don't show color hypertrophy of group, also visible to cartilage cells have deep shading, but obviously shallow at the experimental group, there were significant differences between comparison group (P<0.05). Three weeks after the fractured bone cells, callus of osteoblast and callus surface cartilage cells of a strong positive expression within group, dyeing positive expression, there were significant differences between comparison group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1, tip zun shen zhuang gu tang to enhance distinguishes fracture repair TGF-β1 expression, can promote bone repair and osteogenesis role.2 and kidney strong bone soup of rabbit fracture healing repair process, the specific mechanism and clinical significance in further research needs to be.
