Chifeng City Parts Lipids And Blood Of Patients With Alzheimer Preliminary Analysis Of Trace Elements

Objective:To explore the effects of blood lipids, blood trace elements to the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease (AD) in AD patients with Mongolian and han nationality of part areas in ChiFeng city.Methods:1,Collecting 38 cases of AD which comply with U.S. Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders fourth edition (DSM-IV) AD diagnostic criteria in Chifeng City Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng Institute, Hospital of Chifeng Hongshan zone, eliminating the impact of gender, age, educational level, residence, and using 38 cases of healthy people as control.2,Comparing blood lipids measured in the AD group and control group by the method of enzyme analysis ,and finding the difference between the two groups.3,Detecting trace elements of blood by using of trace element analyzer, and finding the difference between the two groups.Results:analyzing results of blood lipids, blood trace elements:1) Through the Logistic regression analysis we found that there exist lots of risk factors of AD incidence. it included Al ion,Mn ion,Cu ion,Cd ion , first-degree relatives dementia history, total cholesterol, high blood pressure, and they are statistical significance in case and control.2) From the change of the blood trace elements and hematic fat content in patients with two nationalities in part areas of ChiFeng city, we found Al ion,Mn ion,Cu ion,Cd ion and total cholesterol exists irregular statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1,There exist difference in the level of blood trace elements including Al ion,Mn ion,Cu ion,Cd ion, first-degrec relatives dementia history, total cholesterol, high blood pressure between the case and the control, the difference of the level may contribute to the happening of AD.2,In the same age group, there is indifferent in the level of blood trace elements and total cholesterol between Mongolian and han nationality cases in part areas of ChiFeng city, we need more cases to make sure the difference between the two nations.3,We need more cases to certify the occurrence of AD with the level of the blood trace elements and total cholesterol.
