Purpose :To ivestigate the reasonable care service and health education work timing and to improve the needs of patients, to select the best time of education, effectively and completely, enhance patient satisfaction, with high quality service to improve nursing effectiveness.Method:120 patients admitted to hospital the first time, according to the living room of new patients were divided into experimental and control groups, respectively, take the same material and the choice of timing for different education timing, tracking the situation on the mission evaluation.Results:The patients with emotional and mental balance than the control group.Conclusion:Most hospitalized patients after surgery, surgical treatment, their psychological state is relatively complex. Nurses should address the patient's personality and psychological assessment, psychological support, and gradually reduce and eliminate the patient's anxiety and depression, encourage patients to establish the confidence to overcome disease, promote good internal defense mechanisms. Grasp of basic care, to take effective measures to improve the service quality of life of patients hospitalized for the patient to create a good, comfortable and therapeutic environment. Through the evaluation of care, improved overall quality of nurses themselves, to best meet the health needs of patients. Nurses to continue to learn and improve their comprehensive ability to observe in their work, more thinking, constantly sum up experience, through the establishment of reasonable procedures, the development of technical specifications, so that all care technology standardization, for the psychological needs of patients to give timely and accurate , safe and effective care.
