With the rapid development of economy and the people living standards, the department of medical treatment has also got fast development in our country. As a result, more and more medical wastes were produced and the medical wastes were much more complicated. Medical waste has the potential, metastatic, transference and sudden characteristics, which makes its processing process troublesome. The strict management having been ignored, medical wastes makes huge harm to the human health and social environment and lose a lot of the renewable resources while the people running after economic growth.The rapidly development of Modern Logistics proved that logistics make important effort to reinforce the management and improvement economic profit. Logistics system theory, especially the reverse logistics theory has provided a brand-new visual and means for the study of medical wastes collection and transportation system. Therefore, drawing the advanced experience learned abroad, founding and perfecting the Reverse Logistics System of medical Solid Waste in our country with the concrete conditions, is very important for preventing the environment pollution, promoting the recycling of medical wastes and saving resources.The paper based on the independent Enterprise of medical waste, firstly analyses the existing problems of the current reverse logistics system of medical wastes comprehensively. Then using the knowledge of reverse logistics optimized the reverse logistics system of medical wastes. Finally gives some suggestions on the development of the reverse logistics of medical wastes and the recycling enterprises.
