ObjectiveTo investigate the feasible of grading management model in order to satisfy patient's health requirements at all levels,and enhance nursing quality. To measure and compare mental health level of nurses before and after the implementation of grading management.MethodAdopting four questionnaires to inquire into law.By using the international widely recognized SCL-90 scale and Mueller/ McCloskey satisfaction scale(MMSS),and two self-made questionnaires. Investigating 632 nurses in one Classâ…˘Grade A hospital from 1,2009 to1,2010.Data was analyzed by using the Statistics Package of Social Science (SPSS).The SCL-90 scale and job satisfaction scale were analyzed by the methods of Mean and Standard Deviation in statistic,t-test,one-way ANOVA and pearson correlation analysis.ResultsThe nurses psychological health level goes higher(p<0.01). Nurses'psychological health level in different age groups,marital status,professional titles,and educated levels were different statistically.There was a negative correlation between psychological health and job satisfaction. For the more,Their job satisfaction rate was raised notably.Patient's health requirements were satisfied to a great extent.The nursing staff turnover rate also declined.ConclusionsNurses'psychological health level and job satisfaction level both ascending notably undering grading management model.Nursing grading management model is effective for relieving the mental pressure of nurses,and rational utilizing existing nursing human resource. Hospital managers should pay much more attention to supplying better working environments and enough support from society.
