Objective:This research based on the Chinese medicine theory, make use of the moxibustion pretreatment on the delayed-oneset muscle soreness. Through the Randomized controlled trial and randomized trial for clinical case, compareing with the usual and the clinical kinesitherapy,that is PNF stretching We go to observe curative effect. Research and discussing the effect of the moxibustion pretreatment on on the delayed-oneset muscle soreness is to offer the protection methods and the judgment standard for the delayed-oneset muscle sorenessMethods:Study was performed on 60 patients, who was from outpatient departments of the wuhan Institute of Physical Education from July in 2006 toJuly in 2010 and was randomly divided in to two groups:the treating group, which was composed of 30 patients who were treated by moxibustion such points as zusanli,xuehai,guanyuan point; the control group, which was composed of 30 patients who were treated only by the kinesitherapy.These two treatments results according to the data of ck and subjective rheumatic pain Is to observe and analysis the clinical efficacy. Differentiation between before and after treatments as well as different groups, the results were analyzed by statistic methods.Results:During the main period in the treating group subjective acerbity keenly is felt lighter than that in the control group,which has statistically significant. The change in the former is similar with the latter in CK. in the 24 hours,48 hours after 72 hours after sports, the CK values are significantly lower than the control group.and in 72 hours after sports CK level has dropped to quiet level. the each index of the subjects in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control groupConclusion:The moxibustion pretreatment on such Points as zusanli,xuehai,guanyuan point can Obviously improved subjective ache symptoms, Compared with PNF draft,the treatment can make athletes more quickly into high intensity in training, and also have the advantage of the simple operation and the safty, this treatment is easy to operate and is worth clinical spread application to do.but this research contains of slightly less number of cases.
