The research purpose of this study was to understand after muscle injuries caused by movement of foam rolling return to training on thigh muscle pain,joint activities,participants and active contraction induced characteristics,the influence of vertical jump height,at the same time monitoring foam rolling recovery training subjects during the change of the subjective perception of pain.Method: Select 20 male subjects(at least 3years experience in resistance training),will they randomly assigned to the control group(10)and the experimental group(10).All subjects experiment scheme is consistent,first of all test subjects after 1 RM squat down,and then each participant's 60% 1 RM according to oneself the load weight 10 groups,each group of ten after loading squat down,Experimental subjects to immediately after loading squat,after 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after an extra for about 7 minutes of foam rolling recovery training.Before the squat down after loading,after 24 hours and 72 hours after the test,the vertical jump height,muscle pain,joint mobility induced shrinkage characteristics and the characteristics of active contraction,the experimental group subjects during every 60 seconds foam rolling recovery training of 30 seconds,experimenters record subjects of muscle pain perception.Result: The experimental group subjects after the foam rolling recovery training,compared with the control group muscle pain in each test point are reduced,joint activities is improved,the vertical jump height has improved.Foam rolling axial return to training and have no effect on induced contraction characteristics in addition to half relaxation time and electromechanical delay,including electromechanical delay a lot of improvement.Active contraction characteristics showed no significant difference between experimental group and control group in addition to muscle activation degree of this measure,in each test point muscle activation degree has improved.The experimental group subjects were carried out in 24 hours after the foam rolling restore muscle pain during the training period roughly between(3-7.5)point,48 hours after muscle pain is roughly between the point(2.5-6.5).Conclusion: Findings of this study was a foam rolling recovery training is beneficial to reduce muscle pain,improve the vertical jump height,participants of motion and muscle activation.In addition to halfrelaxation time and electromechanical delay,foam rolling recovery training did not affect the other the contractile properties of muscle active or induce,this shows that the foam rolling return to training is beneficial for connective tissue and muscle nerve.
