| Purpose:To explore the distribution of pain-sensitive points and heat-sensitive points in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD),and compare the similarities and differences of the distribution of the two kinds of sensitization points; To explore the correlation between pain sensitization and heat sensitization in patients with functional dyspepsia, guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases, and provide the basis for improving clinical efficacy and optimizing clinical therapy. Methods:A total of 30 patients with functional dyspepsia who met the requirements were included. The thermal and pain sensitive points of patients with functional dyspepsia were explored, and the reaction points were recorded by bone size.Heat-sensitive moxibustion moxa stick was selected for exploration, and hand-held pain detector was used for exploration. The correlation and difference of the distribution of pain-sensitive points and heat-sensitive points in patients with functional dyspepsia were observed and recorded.Results:(1)The distribution of different types of sensitization points of the two types of sensitization in patients with functional dyspepsia was significantly different(P<0.05).(2)The thermal sensitization forms of pain-sensitive points in 30 subjects were mainly heat transfer and heat permeability, and the distribution of sensitization points in patients with functional dyspepsia was mainly acupoints.(3)From the perspective of meridians, the two types of sensitization points are mainly distributed in the bladder meridian of foot sun,the stomach meridian of foot yangming, and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin; From the position point of view, the distribution of the two types of sensitization points in the abdomen and back and lower limb lateral acupoints overlap is obvious, the distribution of the two types of sensitization points has a certain correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Patients with functional dyspepsia showed significant sensitization in both forms of pain and heat.(2)The distribution of pain-sensitive points and heat-sensitive points in patients with functional dyspepsia has a significant linear relationship, and there are certain rules to follow. |
