Objective:Through the investigation on effect factors and influence of which influence the learning motivation of medical staff, looking for the regular thing, discuss and train the strategies and measures and which to medical personnel learning motivation. In the construction of learning hospital, via the raising and strengthen of medical personnel'ability, providing hospital leaders the decision and reference.Methods:Through consulting a large number of relevant documents, according to the "adult learning motivation scale", "learning disability scale", draw up zixunbiao, compiled by two round expert consultation, make sure the effect factors which influence medical personnel, and finally form a medical personnel learning motivation questionnaire. Questionnaire includes general situation investigation and formal questionnaire. Formal questionnaire containing five projects, each project in 43 index of Liker5 component by scoring. This study randomly picked 500 medical personnel as the research object, recovery effective questionnaires 466 copies. Through the questionnaire reliability and validity, the concluntion show that the detection of total questionnaire Cronbach's a value for 0.934, proof questionnaire has good reliability and validity. SPSS statistical software,to the collected data using statistical description, T test, one-way anova analysis method.Results:1. In the four first-level dimensions Influence of learning motivation, the highest degree is unit factors, secondly is personal factor, social factor, family factors.2. Research to medical personal show that in gender is no significant differences. Family factors in different age, marital status, and school record personnel the learning motives have significant differences; Unit factors, different degree and income situation personnel its learning motivation have differences; Social factors, different income situation personnel have difference; the study motive Personal factors, different age groups and different position and income levels have difference learning motivation involved.3. According to the basic understanding of learning, the survey of learning mostly respondents are a good basic understanding. More than 80% of those polled think learning for their own continued development, and to take an important role is a positive learning attitude; Even in the busy of work, there are still more than 50% of respondents often will persist in learning.Conclusion:The overall survey shows that in the individual factors, increase income; in the social factors, improve work and employment ability, improve diagnosis and treatment, easing the doctor-patient relationship ability; in the the unit factors, with the need to promote academic influence extent of learning motivation is the highest.In view of the investigation result, Suggestions:(1) Pay attention to training, create learning atmosphere, make the learning hospital; (2) The role of attention performance salary;(3) Introducing competition mechanism, not to advance is to go back;(4) Pay attention to continuing education, perfecting the management mechanism;(5) Help medical personnel to establish correct values, training team and collective concept;(6) Make full use of family role.
