How to determine the legal responsibility of relevantparties that is most concern question of academic and dispute resolutionpractice. In this paper, we analysis the typical case, and explore the legalresponsibility, we will suggest how to strengt hospital administration andreduce legal responsibility to put forward the suggestion.
