Preliminary Research Of The Program Of Personal Treatment Of Hepatic Hydatidosis

ObjectiveDescribe the current situation of the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatidosis in Xinjiang. Find the differences in diagnosis and treatment between each hospital. Approach the reasons of the differences. After all, find a best treatment to provide scientific basis for formulating plans of personal treatment of hepatic hydatidosis.Methods1. Using the table which designed by us to register the basic information of hardware and software of each hospital.2. Using the table which designed by us to register the latest 50 medical records which were written in the nearest 5 years in each hospital.Results1 Information of the hospital:There are both have a hospital in three-A hospitals and second grade hospitals, which set up their won data bank of hepatic echinococcosis. They pay more attention on the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatidosis. On the academic career, most people in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College have master's degree (80%). The major medical staff of other hospitals only have bachelor's degree (71.42%-100%).2 Incidence rate of complication:The incidence rate of complication were still high in each hospital (1.61%-22.09%) and there were differences of the rate between each hospital. The hospital in the same grade has difference incidence rate of complication. On the other hand, the hospital in different grade can has same incidence rate of complication. The complication of residual cavity is the major complication (92.11%)3 The patients of secondary procedures:There are also many patients which were relapse or have complication in each hospital (9.68%-36.73%)4 Hardware of each hospital:The hardware of all hospitals can fit the needs of the operation of hepatic hydatidosis.5 Ability of diagnosis:The hospital with a low rate of complication has more detailed and more comprehensive in their examination and diagnosis.6 Treatment in preoperative period:Each hospital have no idea in whether to use the medication and how long the medication period will last in preoperative period.7 Dial with the remaining scolex:The First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College, the Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and the People's Hospital of Wu Su make the right treatment with the remaining scolex during the surgery.8 Choose the operation:There have some differences in the operation between each hospital. The First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College (85.48%) and the People's Hospital of Wu Su (51.06%) use the advanced operation as the major treatment. Others use traditional operation as their major treatment (63.27%-95.12%). Conclusions1 The diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatidosis in most hospitals in Xinjiang are still to be improved. Doctors must pay more attention on the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatidosis.2 In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatidosis in Xinjiang, we must popularize the best operation and make a rule of diagnosis, examination, choice of the operation, action during the operation, treatment in preoperative period and follow-up visit.
