Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the three–dimensionalreconstruction system of liver and virtual surgery planning in the treatment of thehepatic alveolar echinococcosis.Methods:(1) the object of study: select the qinghaiuniversity affiliated hospital during2012.102014.03hospitalized patients21cases;(2)collect three periods of patients with liver dynamic thin layer CT scan images, importdigital liver liver in DICOM format three–dimensional reconstruction software(EDDA company authorized by the United States), three-dimensional imagingoperation simulation, calculation parameters, the design scheme of virtual surgerysurgical removal of the lesions, weigh the actual resection of liver tissue volume, thestatistical analysis, draw the conclusion.Results:Virtual surgery in patients with21patients underwent resection of the hepatic design, measured for resection of livervolume (47.75-2191.78) ml, the average(761.94±505.77)ml. To remove the livervolume accounts for liver volume (1.20-52.54)%, the average(27.70±16.68)%.21patients with routine liver resection, intraoperative actual resection of liver volume(105-2350) ml, the average (756.19±501.78) ml;Surgical removal of the liver volumeaccounts for liver volume (6.67-64.53)%, the average(38.95±16.99)%.
