Objective:To study on Eye Signs of blood stasis and vascular endothelial cell injury. Methods:In this study a sample of 54 rabbits randomly divided into 6 groups groups, blood stasis group, qi stagnation group, cold coagulation blood stasis group, Noxious Heat stasis group, trauma and blood stasis group and normal control group..Comparison of blood stasis in each group head levy points, while observing the serum of vWF, ET-1 levels.Results:(1)Modeling stasis present in each group before the levy was no significant difference in points (P> 0.05):(2) After modeling, integral sign stasis present in all treatment groups compared with the control group were different (P <0.01):(3)After treatment, blood stasis present levy integral with the respective treatment groups after modeling were significantly different when compared (P <0.01). (4)Before modeling the serum ET-1, vWF levels were no significant differences (P> 0.05):(5)After modeling, serum ET-1, vWF levels in all treatment groups compared with the control group were different (P<0.01):(5) Afte treatment, the serum ET-1, vWF levels and the respective treatment groups after modeling were significantly different when compared (P<0.01); (7)Between eye's sign and ET-1 vWF have a linear relationship. Conclusion:Eye's sign is an effective indicator of blood stasis syndrome. Positive correlation between eye's sign and injury of vascular endothelial cell suggests endothelium activation may participate in pathogenesis of eye's sign and blood stasis syndrome.
