Comparative Study On State Hospitals And Private Hospitals The Differences Of Internal Operation Effectiveness And External Service Level Of Nanchang City

With deepening into the economic system reformation, administration of the medical care system of our country have begun a all-round reform from macro to micro. Internal and external environment faced by the development of Medical Institution has changed greatly. Governments of different countries are facing a hard choice on the balance point between the investment of medical service and resource distribution. Thus, problems about how to distribute the medical resource so as to make sure the efficiency and level of medical service have become an important attitude which embodied our government's determination to solve civilian problem of "medical care difficult and expensive".This thesis based on the New Policy of Medical Care Reformation of 2009, investigating deeply into the circumstances happened in Medical System of Nanchang city. This thesis analyse the differences of internal operation effectiveness and external service level of different types of hospitals through the comparative study of the service processes, results and social reflections of two types of hospitals, and probe into the relationship and the latent influence. All of these contribute to provide a reference for making policy and consult.Introduce the study background, define the concepts of state hospitals and private ones, make clear the respective qualities of these two types of hospitals, analyse the current states and problems existing in medical service quality in order to improve the service quality.This thesis use such methods as mimic investigation of patients, their intentions and second material extraction, make a judgment about the background and settings of Nanchang Medical profession in order to look for the definite point for the market of medical system. The investigation data use Excel 2000 and some statistic analysis methods. It also use such analysis implements as SPSS 13.0 and Stata 7.0 for windows in order to analyse the internal and external environment.In this thesis, the hospitals refers to general hospitals and special ones. Hospitals in terms of conducting the analysis refers to 40 private hospitals and 48 state ones within the city. Comparative study on the balanced location and similar patients. Through the statistic analysis of the obtained data, we can come to the following conclusion:First, with the aspect of operation effectiveness, which in the state hospitals increases slowly, and needs further improvements. The cost of private hospitals relatively low, and the investment in labour and putout relatively high, thus grows fast. Second, in the field of service level, satisfied with the private hospital superior to state ones.According to the statistics results, putting forward related advises and summing up the limitation of this study.
