Research On The Problem Of The Private Hospital On Community Remote Medical Service

Since the reform and opening up,along with the reform of socialist market economy,the development of private hospitals in the medical and health services for the purpose of profit.Private hospital is the continuous development of the production of public hospitals,in the continuous growth,private hospitals greatly share the pressure of social medical treatment,but also brought the medical and health services market competition.Private hospital's own development direction,characteristics,advantages,determine whether it can make a difference in the medical industry.The status of current China's Wuhan City,Hubei Province,private community hospital remote medical service supply through the research,comprehensive analysis of private hospitals to the community through the remote medical service supply of macro environment analysis,and the advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for our country private community hospital telemedicine services.This study describes the domestic and foreign scholars on the private hospital community telemedicine service research status,summed up the development of private hospitals in the community telemedicine service process and mode.Cheng Long Hospital of Wuhan in Hubei Province as an example,using SWOT analysis method to analyze the private hospitals to carry out community telemedicine's strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats,and through theoretical analysis demonstrates the private hospitals to carry out the feasibility of community telemedicine.Analysis of the private hospitals to carry out the community telemedicine services,is the first private hospital has its own advantages independently;secondly,can also choose to cooperate with public hospitals,beyond the reach of public hospitals to market,to achieve mutual benefit and win-win,in cooperation with the community,the establishment of good private hospitals and community relations,can have a positive effect on the development of community telemedicine.Through the research,we can see that the private hospitals can still make a difference in the community telemedicine service,which has a huge development space in the community telemedicine service market.And private hospitals in number and public hospital is also showing a flat phenomenon,but faces a public hospital in quality,talent,technology and policy advantage,private hospital also has the very big disparity,in view of this,private hospitals in the fierce competition in the market or any heavy responsibilities.Private hospitals can take the "college,small comprehensive" model as a breakthrough in the characteristics of competition,access to the market space,to better serve the people's health.
