| Objective: To analyze the influence factors of secondary communicating hydrocephalus in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and the correlation among the factors, and to provide some reference for the treatment choice, and later diagnosis and treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 124 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted from August 2016 to August 2018 in Shengjing Hospital,China Medical University, using statistical software SPSS 23.0 to collate data and analyze whether individual factors have a statistically significant effect on the prognosis of patients(P<0.05)and giving regression analysis of multiple factors. Results: Collecting the relevant sample data and forming a baseline data table, the results showed that the outcome of the patients intracerebral hemorrhage, the degree of awakening, the ventricular dilation, the choice of treatment methods, and the source of bleeding, all had an impact on the prognosis of the patients.Using the multi-factor Logitic regression analysis,it can be seen that the age of the patient and the score of intracerebral hemorrhage are independent risk factors of communicating hydrocephalus after intracerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion: The age of the patient and the score of intracerebral hemorrhage are independent risk factors of secondary traffic hydrocephalus after intracerebral hemorrhage, that is,elderly patients, patients with large intracerebral hemorrhage and obvious ventricular expansion are more likely to be accompanied with secondary communicating hydrocephalus. |
