Objective:Through animal experiments to clear the efficacy of Mongolian sanzi soup to improve keratosis lesions;and clinical observation to make sure the clinical efficacy of Mongolian sanzi soup.Method:Animal experiments part:1.Method of operation:except the normal group, the rest rabbits were divided into four groups. Daub Coal tar once a day on the skin at ear tubes openings of rabbit two ears on the side, which was lasted for2weeks.After the2weeks, selected2raddits randomly for the naked eye observation and histopathological observation. Then nothing was needed to do to the normal group and model group. During the last2weeks,rabbits in the group using western medicine besmearing outside accepted tretinoin cream twice a day, which the concentration of was0.1%,to daub the skin every day,and the naked eye observation came after that treatment.Meanwhile, rabbits in the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application accepted the treatment of external application using granule of Mongolian sanzi soup twice a day, which was added water to make a paste, and then the naked eye observation came after that treatment. In another group, rabbits in the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration twice a day in the last2weeks and then the naked eye observation came after that treatment.2.Method of observation:the naked eye observation concluded some aspects, like thickness of the skin, skin roughness, hardness, follicular keratotic plugging.,and so on.Microscopic observation concluded many aspects, like degree of diversification, thickening of the epidermis, keratinized material, and so on.3. Method of statistic method:set up a database, according to SPSS17.0.Clinical part:1.Method of grouping and treatment:according to the random principle, the subject were divided into3groups.20cases in group1were treated with Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration and external application using Mongolian sanzi soup granule.20cases in group2were treated with Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration.20cases in group3were treated with Danggui Kushen pills for oral administration.2.Method of observation:observed the change of skin rash, including quantity, quality, tickle and pain, colour and so on.Compared the missdistance from beginning to end.3. Method of therapeutic effect:3.1Skin evaluation:the mark of quantity and quality of rash was the aspect.3.2Scoring standard of curative effect:included symptom score of skin evaluation, tickle and pain, colour, thirst, and so on. 3.3Method of safety evaluation:any new sumptom, sign,or illness happened during the process of experiment.3.4Method of statistic method:set up a database, according to SPSS17.0. Result:1.Result of animal experiments part:①the naked eye score comparison of each group:blank group is normal. In model group, skin lesion score is12.00after the second week, and is11.75±0.50after the fourth week, which is not changed significantly(P>0.05),In the group using western medicine besmearing outside, skin lesion score is11.50±0.58after the second week, and is6.50±1.29after the fourth week, which means that the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application, skin lesion score is11.75±0.50after the second week, and is4.00±0.82after the fourth week, which means that the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration, skin lesion score is11.75±0.50after the second week, and is5.50±5.78after the fourth week, which means that the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with the score of the other groups, the score of model group is higher, which means that the other groups are usefull(P<0.05). Comparing with the score of the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application, the score of the group using western medicine daub outside is higher, which means that using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application is more usefull(P<0.05). Comparing with the score of the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration, the score of the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application is lower, which means that using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application is more usefull(P<0.05). The diffierence between the score of the group using western medicine besmearing outside, and the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration, is not changed significantly(P>0.05).②comparison of microscopic observation of each group:comparing with the score of the other groups, the score of model group is higher, which means that the other groups are usefull(P<0.05). The diffierence between the score of the group using western medicine besmearing outside, and the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application is not changed significantly(P>0.05).The diffierence between the score of the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration, and the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for external application is not changed significantly(P>0.05). The diffierence between the score of the group using western medicine besmearing outside, and the group using Mongolian sanzi soup for oral administration is not changed significantly(P<0.05).2. Result of clinical part:①difference of age, course of disease and the gender:the age of group1is23.15±2.28;the age of group2is24.15±3.47; the age of group3is23.95±3.36.Result is that the age diffierence among the three groups is not significantly(P>0.05).The course of disease of group1is5.95±2.72;the course of disease of group2is5.80±2.14; the course of disease of group3is5.15±2.87. Result is that the course diffierence is not significantly(P>0.05). There are8men and12women in group1; There are9men and11women in group2; There are9men and11women in group3. Result is that the course diffierence is not significantly(P>0.05).②difference of score:the score at the first visit of group1is14.10±2.60,and the score after2weeks is7.50±3.86. The difference is statistically significant pretherapy and post-treatment (P<0.05). The score at the first visit of group2is15.00±2.34,and the score after2weeks is7.55±1.93. The difference is statistically significant pretherapy and post-treatment (P<0.05). The score at the first visit of group3is13.80±2.06,and the score after2weeks is6.35±2.37. The difference is statistically significant pretherapy and post-treatment (P<0.05).③The score diffierence of3groups before the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05); the score diffierence of3groups after the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05).④Compare group1with group2:The score diffierence before the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05); the score diffierence after the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05).⑤Compare group1with group3:The score diffierence before the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05); the score diffierence after the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05).⑥Compare group2with group3:The score diffierence before the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05); the score diffierence after the treatment is not significantly(P>0.05).⑦the difference of efficiency:result is that the diffierence of efficiency is not changed significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.According to the result of animal experiments part, external application and oral administration of Mongolian sanzi soup is effective to better keratosis rash. And the efficient of external application of Mongolian sanzi soup is better than oral administration of Mongolian sanzi soup. The efficient of external application of Mongolian sanzi soup is also better than coating tretinoin Cream.2. According to the result of clinial part, using Mongolian sanzi soup is fast onset of action. The diffierence of efficiency between external application and oral administration of Mongolian sanzi soup is not changed significantly.
