Purpose: The subject belongs to the Chinese pediatric clinical observation, the purpose is to observe the Xie Xin Shu Gan Tang to treat child neurosis (pediatric cardiac neurosis) Mu Yu huo Wang type.Method: Divided into two groups of 60 cases of outpatient who are from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine sick in pediatric cardiac neurosis for treating from April 2009 to December 2010. Adopt the principles of randomized controlled. One group for treatment with 30 cases, the other for comparison with 30 cases. Treatment group: to give self oral Xie Xin Shu Gan Tang; control group: taking vitamin B1. 6 days as a course of treatment generally observed 2-3.Result: Clinical observations show that careful treatment of Xie Xin Shu Gan Tang to child neurosis (Mu Yu huo Wang type) achieved good clinical efficacy. The clinical observation of 60 cases of pediatric patients heave a deep sigh, overall clinical efficacy in the treatment group, 30 cases, the total efficiency up to 93.33%, of which 13 cases were clinically cured, 9 cases were markedly effective in 6 cases, 2 cases. Control group of 30 cases, the total effective rate was 76.67%, of which 5 cases were clinically cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases, 7 cases. Two sets of data for statistical analysis, the results showed that the treatment group and control group had significant differences, indicating that the former is significantly better than the latter.Conclusion: Xie Xin Shu Gan Tang treatment of pediatric child neurosis disease (Mu Yu huo Wang type) is effective.
