Purpose:This clinical observation uses Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction to treat cardiac neurosis,especially in the physical and psychological effects of the syndrome caused by the syndrome.Secondly,the subjects of this study were all females,and through two methods of assessment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the symptom scores of TCM syndromes,through statistical analysis,the clinical efficacy was thoroughly explored.Meta-analysis of the literature confirmed the efficacy and safe-ty of Chaihu Plus Longgu oyster decoction recipe on cardiac neurosis.Method:In the first part,50 female patients who met the Yin-wang deficiency type heart neurosis were randomly divided into a treatment group of 25 patients(Chaihu plus Longgu oyster soup)and a control group of 25 patients(Tianwang Buxindan)for 8 weeks.Study observation;8 weeks as a course of treatment.At 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,and 8 weeks,each patient was observed,recorded,and analyzed for symptom scores before and after treatment in both groups,and the results were discussed.In the second part,through literature collection of domestic and foreign databases in China,RevMan 5.3 software was used to carry out meta-analysis of the literature.The Chinese modern periodicals used Chinese periodicals full-text database,Wanfang data,and VIP database database.The foreign literature was based on The Cochrane Library evidence.Medical library,PubMed database for retrieval.Result:The first part of the results showed that the treatment group was compared before treatment in the 2 weeks after treatment.In the 14 questions of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)questionnaire,the treatment group showed gradual curative effect after 2 weeks of treatment,and after treatment,the 4th and 6th There were significant differences between the 8 weeks and the control group.In the two groups after a course of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment of the two weeks,four weeks,six weeks and eight weeks.There were significant differences in the scores of HAMA and TCM syndromes.The treatment group was first improved in the fourth week.Physical symptoms of the patient,especially chest tightness,shortness of breath,night sweats,tinnitus and dry lips and dryness.The control group improved imaginary insomnia and heart palpitations.Although the two groups were different in the treatment of 2 weeks.However,the difference is not significant.However,after 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group gradually improved on psychological symptoms such as anxiety,forgetfulness,palpitations,restlessness,and depression.After taking the patient for 6 weeks and 8 weeks,the improvement was more obvious.The control group did not improve significantly.The second part of the results showed that:the combination therapy of Chaihu plus Longgu oyster formula group improved Zung's anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),Zung's depression self-assessment scale(SDS),Hamilton depression scale in patients with cardiac neurosis.(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Quality of Life Assessment Scale(SF-36),and clinical symptoms were all superior to western medicine treatment group,suggesting that Chaihujia Longgu oyster soup was used for intervention.The symptoms of cardiac neurosis in patients with obstructive symptoms and restlessness are major benefits.Conclusion:1.Chaihu plus keel oyster soup reduces heart palpitations,and does not cause symptoms.2.Chaihu plus Longgu oyster soup improved the symptoms of heart palpitations,which was better than the control group.3.The clinical curative effect of Chaihu Plus Longgu oyster decoction on heart neurosis is better than that of the control group.4.Chaihu plus Longgu oyster decoction prescription for the treatment of cardiac neurosis may have certain efficacy and safety.
