Through the observation of chronic ulcer drug merger insomnia rats,the influence of ulcer index, changes of serum gastrin content, we can explore the drug treatment function of sleep disturbances that mergered of peptic ulcer.Result:Hewei Anshen capsule can obviously reduce the normal mice au tonomic actions frequency, extend Nembutal-rats sleeping time, improve mice sleeping rate, shorten the mice sleeping latency period of synergy for Nembutal. It can significantly reduce the ulcer index of water imme rsion-restraint stress gastric ulcer rat models and acetic apply stick met hod chronic ulcer rat models merger insomnia of peptic ulcer, it had a significant prevention, protection and therapeutic action to gastric ulcer. It also reduced the GAS content of the two models above in serum, a nd effectively restrained the secretion of GAS and mitigate the damage of gastric mucosa.Conclusion:Hewei Anshen capsules can improve sleep, at the same time still can prevent and heal stomach ulcers, and also make related researches to insomnia correlated to peptic ulcer.Its effect is preliminarily derived the support of animal experiments,specific clinical effect needs plenty of clinical cases to validate.
