[Object]:The purpose is to explore acupuncture on acute ischemic stroke with the measure of modern science, evaluate the changes of illness.[Methods]:Through this project,60 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to observe the changes of the high sensitive C-reactive protein, the treatment group is acupuncture and medication group, the acupuncture treatment started at the third day of conventional drugs treatment for the treatment group, the control group is medication group, the treatment cycle is 12 days; the conventional drugs treatment for the control group last for 14 days. The 1st and the 14th after admission, high sensitive C-reactive protein test of fasting venous blood for 3ml serum, the system objective assessment of acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction.[Results]:The compare in the treatment group of lst and 14th is significant in statistics (P<0.05). The compare between the control group and treatment group of 1st and 14th is significant in statistics(P<0.05). The compare between the treatment group and the control group of 1st is no significant in statistics, and 14th is significant in statistics (P<0.05).[Conclusion]:1.Yu's scalp acupuncture can reduce the high sensitive C-reactive protein of the acute ischemic stroke patients, and the effect of the treatment is prominent; 2.Therapy both the Yu's scalp acupuncture and conventional drugs treatment is better than conventional drugs treatment alone, and is significant in statistics.
