| Objectives:to observe the coronary artery ligation induced Xintong capsule on acute myocardial ischemia model rats hemorheology thrombin four and superoxide dismutase SOD, MDA influence.Methods:60 Wistar rat only randomly divided into blank control, model control group, Di'aoXinxuekang positive medicine control, Xintong capsule high-dosage groups, medium, low dose group of dose group of treatment after surgery made mould 7d take some blood determination of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, reducing erythrocyte deformability, the red cell aggregation index, the erythrocyte deposited, thrombin four, SOD, MDA each index.Results:1 model control group and control group comparison, whole blood viscosity significantly increased (p<0.01), And Xintong capsule compared with model control group, the high-dosage groups can reduce the high, medium and low shear rate of whole blood viscosity (P<0.01), middle dose group of can reduce low shear and high cutting of whole blood viscosity (P<0.01), low dose group can reduce low cut of whole blood viscosity (P<0.05), positive medicine control can reduce many cut of whole blood viscosity (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Index of erythrocyte deformation of a trend of increase, the red cell aggregation index and deposited have reduced the trend, but this was not statistically significant (P>0.05). (2) model control group and control group comparison, thrombin time is reduced, and the fibrinogen content increased (P<0.01), Xintong capsule high-dosage groups and model group comparison, activation part thrombin time increased (P<0.05). High school Xintong capsule group compared with model dose group of thrombin time increased (P<0.05). Xintong capsule high dose group, positive medicine control group and model group compared fibrinogen content decrease (P<0.01 or P<0.05). (3) model group and blank group compared SOD reduce (P<0.01), MDA increased (P<0.01), Xintong capsule and many dose group, positive medicine control group and model group compared SOD increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Xintong capsule high dose group, positive medicine group compared with model control group were reduced MDA (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Xintong capsule could obviously decrease coronary artery ligation induced acute myocardial ischemia in rats of whole blood viscosity, prolong thrombin time, reduced fibrinogen content, but also can increase blood SOD content, lower the MDA content. The study also found that Xintong capsule on erythrocyte deformation index of a trend of increase, the red cell aggregation index and deposited decreasing trends, these effects to improve blood circulation, enhance the organization's blood flow, improve the myocardial ischemia can produce good effect. |
