Kang Capsule An Experimental Study On The Experimental Blood Lipid And Blood Rheology

Hyperlipidemia means that the amount of lipid in serum exceeds the normal upper limit, usually characterized by the increasing of TC, TG,LDL and the decreasing of HDL. At the same time, hyperlipr-demia is often accompanied by the abnormality of hemorhenology at different degree. The above abnormal changes of blood lipid metabolism are major dangerous factors of atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the mechanism of HLP is weakness of Kidney and liver or obstruction of sputum in body led by spleen weakness. Kang xin capsule used in this experiment are composed by sanchi leech, fuzhi. It is found by our hospital doctors according to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and their experience. It has good effects in treating coronary disease, angina pectoris. No one has studied the effect of treating HIJP when sanchi, leech are combined. For researching that wheather they have the effect of regulating blood lipid and improving hemorheology through setting up HLP animal model by high lipid diet, we study the effect of Kang xin capsule to blood lipid and hemorheology.Materials1. Drugs: Evening primrose oil capsule ( Dalian Aosen 000902) Kangxin capsule (Benxi Central Hospital . 000818)2. Animals:Wistar rat, KunMing Spices small mice3. Intruments:7060 form automatic biochemistry analyzer.Hyperlipidemia rapidly - detecting device.Methods1. The effects of Kangxin capsule to HLP rat1.1 we took 40 healthy rats and divided them into 5 groups. (1) control group (2)HLP model group (3)small doses group of KangXin ca-paule. (4)big doses group of Kangxin capsule, (5)control group of Evening primrose oil capsule.1.2 Routs and doses group (T) irrigating stomach with disfilled water 1ml/100g one time per day 15 d, group (2) (3) (4)(5) irrigating stomach with fat solution ( Iml/lOOg) one time per day 15d. Then CD (2)using distilled water (1ml/100g) 15d. group ﹗sing Kangxin cap-sule(1g/kg) 15d. group (fusing Kangxin capsule (3g/kg) 15d. group (5)using Evening primrose oil capsule (0.4g/kg) 15d. group.1. 3 Detecting of blood lipid and hemorheology: After the last drug using, all rats were forbiden to eat for 16 hours. Then we dect-ected blood lipid and hemorheology through taking the blood sample from heart.2. Acute toxic test of Kangxin capsule to mice we carried out acut toxic test at healthy mice (20+2g) by irrigating stomach. The biggest tolerance test was carried out when LD50 cannot be detected in the biggest range of drug using.3. Data analysing and managing statistic managing:Every data was expressed by X ?S. The comparison of intergroup variation was analyzed with t test.?8Results1. The effect of Kangxin capsule to HLP rats blood lipid comparing model group to normal control group. TG. TC. LDL increased significantly (p<0.01 or p < 0.05 ) but HDL didnt change obviously ( p> 0.05 ). The above data became well when the experiment HLP rat were fed with Kangxin capsule (p<0.05 or p < 0.01) . there s a dose - dependent relation between small dose group and big dose group.2. The effect of Kangxin capsule to the HLP rat comparing model group to normal control group. The values of blood denseltyness, RBC concentration rate, RBC electrophoresis time and fibrinogen were increased enormously( p < 0. 05 or p < 0. 01). The above data became well when the HLP rat were fed with Kangxin capsule ( p <0. 05 or p<0. 01). There's a dose - dependent relation between small dose group and big dose group.3. Acute toxic test of Kangxin capsule to mice. When we fed small mice with Kangxin capsule 7. 5g/kg and observed 7 days. We saw that the physiological activity of small mice was normal and none dead.
